Lauren is currently at McCarter Theatre Center, directing a new play by Tarell McCraney and the Teen Conservatory.  She is also developing new works with Dipika Guha and Stephanie DiMaggio, as well as Lauren Feldman‘s new bilingual play Fill Our Mouths

Lauren was recently a Time Warner Foundation Fellow at the Women’s Project Lab, 2012 – 2014, where she developed/directed The Architecture of Becoming at NY City Center this past winter.  You can view production photos here, or by clicking the last box on the right.  and the hiphocapella sensation The Harmonious Pimps of Harmony by Daniel Hartley.

She continues as the General Manager of the dance-aerial-acro company LAVA, who have been performing original works in NY and nationally for the past thirteen years.  LAVA’s most recent production The Rocks, performed at BAM, and their upcoming piece, Tracks, commissioned by Dixon Place, runs there in April and May 2014.  She also continues as the Producing Artistic Director of Propaganda: A Festival Celebrating Russian Voices at Cooper Union. Propaganda brings silenced Russian artists to the US, presenting new plays and hosting panels that investigate Russia’s anti-propaganda law.  #propfest2014 featured Olympic athletes, international journalists, Broadway and TV veteran actors and prominent activists.
